It's like the Master/Servant meme, but more specific.

Intoners are in canon all young women, but it's not like I'm gonna care if you have somebody else. They have enormous magical powers. They also have enormous lusts, and usually take Disciples to both sate their lusts and defend them. They can lend their powers to their Disciples in order to summon Angels, which are ~~boss fights~~ enormous beasts. The Intoners all come from one flower that will eventually dominate their minds and destroy humanity - how much they know about this seems to vary between Intoners.

Disciples are in canon all men, but nobody is going to mind lesbians I mean sheesh. They are unable to disobey or harm their Intoner, and serve them completely, both as defenders and lovers to help deal with their huge sex drives. They can summon Angels without the help of their Intoner's song, but doing so takes power that leaves them unable to maintain their human form, and turns them back into their original form - doves. If their Intoner dies, a Disciple may choose to serve another Intoner in close proximity, or will simply return to their natural form.

They can be musical together and have tender loving smut for the NSFW part of things! And Natsuru would be adorably dedicated to her Intoner as a Disciple, tbh... ~~not to mention less awkward than she usually is, if they've already done the sexytimes thing before.~~}

[There are people who want to hurt Intoners, soldiers of the lords V/V and her sisters had overthrown - but V/V has never wanted to hurt them. She understands what loyalty can drive someone to do.

If it weren't for Natsuru protecting her, V/V would probably be the one hurt, instead.

[Natsuru winces as V/V's touch traces a little to close to touching her wound through the bandages. But after that split second, she manages to compose herself and offer a soft, reassuring smile.]

It's okay. I'll... [Another tiny, almost imperceptible wince.] ... I'll try not to do it again.

[V/V fusses over her so much. She doesn't really think that lightly of the situation, but she doesn't want to worry her either.]

Good. [V/V finishes up with her bandages and leans back, still looking a upset.]

You're so kind to me, Natsuru. I don't know how I can thank you enough for everything you do for me.

[Just being close to V/V is enough for Natsuru. She couldn't possibly think of anyone more beautiful and kind to spend her life in service to.]

My lady...

[Still smiling, Natsuru reaches out, softly touching the other woman's cheek. It's a bit of a bold move for her, showing affection so openly. She just wants to see her smiling and happy... and yet she's never been very good at finding the right words.]

[V/V leans into Natsuru's hand. Despite all the fighting they do, Natsuru's hands are still so soft.]

Whatever the case, Natsuru moves in a bit closer, pressing her forehead to her Intoner's. She always craves this closeness. In fact, she wants much more, but she never feels right initiating anything beyond simple, chaste touch.]

[Always assumed the slash was silent! So like Vivi.

V/V smiles at the touch - it's always so cute, the way Natsuru treats her. She could be happy doing just this... well, she could, if she wasn't an Intoner with some other needs.

She kisses Natsuru lightly on the lips.]

[Pretty rebellious. Used to be a lot nicer, but then his sister died at the hands of another Intoner, so he's sworn revenge against them, their Disciple...and anyone else that gets in his way.

Not that he can though, since he can't be too far away from his own Intoner, but w e l p.]

Also, she has some quite powerful magic.]

Could also be a Disciple, though she'll mostly be pretty stubborn and haughty about it.]

[Is very much protective of her Intoner - tends to be brutal and merciless during fights, but outside them she's awkward and stupidly cheerful.]
